The Balanced Scorecard approach to strategic management views the organization from four perspectives, and develops measurement systems to collect data both on process indicators and outputs/results and cross analyzes this information relative to each of these four perspectives:
- The Stakeholder Perspective
- The Core Competencies/Process Perspective
- The Learning and Growth Perspective
- The Outcomes Perspective
